How to create a SignedTrue account?
If you have an existing account with SignedTrue and want to log in, at the top-right side of the homepage, click on the Login menu. Sign in using the email address and password you used when you registered.
If you are a new user, you can click on the Register menu at the top-right side of the homepage. You will be redirected to the account creation page. Then, enter the following:
- Your name — First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Confirm Password
Click on the Register button.
You can also click on the Sign up with Google button to register using your Google account.
Another option is to upload a document from your device. Once you have uploaded your file, SignedTrue’s document editor will open. Do what you have to do with your document. When you are done, click on the Done button at the top-right part of the editor. Doing so will redirect you to the account creation page.
How to upload documents?
The simplest way to upload your documents to SignedTrue is through its homepage. Drag and drop your document onto the upload box or click on the Upload File button to select the files from your device.
How to add texts?
To insert texts to your PDF document, click on the Text menu. Position the mouse pointer where you want to add texts. Then, start typing. You will also be able to format your texts using the different formatting options.
How to add electronic signatures?
Add your electronic signature by clicking on the Signature menu. Signing options will appear. Click on the Sign Document option. Then, the Sign Document pop-up window will appear. You have three options to add your electronic signature:
- Draw — Draw your signature using your stylus or finger.
- Upload — Upload a photo of your handwritten signature.
- Type — Type in your initials or name using your keyboard.
How to request electronic signatures?
Collect an electronic signature by clicking on the Signature menu. Signing options will appear. Click on the Request Signature option. Then, a Request Signature pop-up window will appear. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email of the signatory. You may allow an alternate signatory by marking the Allow Alternate Signatories option. Then, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email of the alternate signatory. Click on the Save button. Place where the signatory should e-sign. Click on the Send for Signing button at the top-right part of the page.

Click on the Check menu. Then, click anywhere on the document where you want to add a checkmark.

How to erase texts in the document?
You remove texts in your PDF documents using the Whiteout and Redact menus.
To whiteout texts, click on the Whiteout menu. Position the cursor where you want to remove the texts and click on the document. Drag the cursor to resize the coverage.
To redact texts, click on the Redact menu. Position the cursor where you want to remove the texts and click on the document. Drag the cursor to resize the coverage.
